"Does getting a European or Native result mean that I am not African?"
No, that's not what that means. There are many lineages in your family tree that make up or contribute to the whole of your genetic ancestry. The particular tests that we do are single lineage tests.
Therefore, what the non-African result that you might've received means is that this one line of your family tree leads back to a non-African ancestor. But it doesn't mean that you or others on that line aren't African. It doesn't mean you aren't African, African-American, black Jamaican, or whatever other part of the Diaspora you may identify as.
