Why is the assumption that when African Ancestry results differ from other companies, the results from African Ancestry are wrong?
We often have customers who question the authenticity of their results from African Ancestry compared to those of other companies. We would like to understand why that is.
There's a significant contradiction from those who assume we are wrong. If you don't trust the results from African Ancestry, how can we provide expertise on the results from other companies?
Given the fact that African Ancestry has the largest database of African lineages compared to those of other companies, it is very interesting that our authenticity is often questioned.
