This could be true, but it's not something that we could determine with our tests.
You need additional genealogical source material to make that type of connection.
The likely explanation is that there was a Portuguese man that fathered your male ancestor with an enslaved African woman. As a result, that son would be considered Black, and then he had Black sons who had Black sons, and ultimately that led to your father. So when we looked at his Y chromosome, the result is Portuguese.
