Shipping Policy

  • All orders are processed within 3-5 business days.
  • Processing time IS NOT the same as shipping time regardless of the shipping speed you choose.
  • We will not refund shipping costs due to carrier delay.
  • Overnight orders placed on Friday are delivered on the following Tuesday or Wednesday.

Domestic orders:
- USPS First Class Mail does not have a guaranteed delivery date.
- USPS provides tracking, but we cannot guarantee delivery times.

International orders:
- Customers are responsible for all customs charges including duties and taxes associated to their order. International customers are also responsible for the cost returning their samples to our lab. African Ancestry will not refund any customs charges. Please make sure that you understand how customs charges are calculated in your country.  For return shipment of your samples, please send them to:
